Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team, reporting to the Head of Fleet Success. This unique cradle-to-grave role offers the opportunity to build and nurture deep, lasting partnerships with our customers - from initial discovery through implementation and ongoing success. As the primary architect of the customer journey, you will guide fleet operators through their digital transformation, serving as their trusted advisor and champion within BeyondTrucks. Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Engineering Delivery Managers, and Product & Engineering teams, you will ensure seamless delivery of solutions that drive long-term customer success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute strategic customer solutions

  • Work closely with Engineering Delivery Managers to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation

  • Participate in regular solution review meetings with technical teams

  • Help bridge communication between customer requirements and technical implementation


Pre-Sale Activities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify technical requirements and solution fit

  • Conduct in-depth customer requirement analysis, with particular focus on current operational pain points and legacy system challenges

  • Lead dynamic product demonstrations showcasing our platform's automation and optimization capabilities

  • Develop comprehensive customer specific solution scopes, working with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility 

 

Post-Sale Implementation

  • Drive end-to-end implementation processes

  • Coordinate with Engineering Delivery Managers on technical deployment plans

  • Manage project timelines while being sensitive to customers' technological adaptation pace

  • Build strong customer relationships through deep understanding of their operational challenges

  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to various technical comfort levels

  • Provide hands-on support during the critical initial adoption phase

  • Continue to deepen your relationship with customers with regular client check-ins, re-training and defining additional opportunities for BeyondTrucks to add value.

Required Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of operational experience in transportation management, including dispatch operations management and fleet process improvements

  • Experience in technology implementation

  • Strong project management skills with focus on change management

  • Excellent communication abilities, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • History of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through multiple project phases

  • Experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels


Preferred Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of liquid and dry bulk transportation operations

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Supply Chain, or similar)

  • Experience with both legacy TMS systems and modern cloud-based solutions

  • Experience in fleet optimization and process automation

  • Knowledge of specialty fleet operations and compliance requirements

  • History of successful digital transformation projects 

  • Experience in building strategic partnerships with enterprise customers

  • Understanding of change management methodologies

  • Background in consulting or customer-facing technical roles

Travel Requirements

  • Position requires up to 40% travel for customer visits, implementations, and training
