We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications in compliance with architecture guidelines and standards. You will play a critical role in delivering scalable and secure solutions, using technologies such as Java, Vue, databases, and AWS cloud. The position also involves providing L1 technical support for urgent customer issues in the US and collaborating with stakeholders on system architecture and integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Development Standards:
Define and implement architecture guidelines and standards for the full application lifecycle, including digital, data, and integration design. Ensure all development activities adhere to best practices and standards with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Technical Customer Support:
Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for urgent customer issues in the US. Troubleshoot remotely, offering quick workarounds or permanent solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of services.
System Architecture & Presentation:
Engage in discussions with key stakeholders to introduce and explain system architecture and technical design. Participate in presentations to ensure that the architecture meets the business and technical needs.
Development Leadership:
Lead the development of core functionalities and integrations with third-party services based on Sprint plans. Guide the team in adopting best practices for coding and system integration to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Technical Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java (including Spring, Redis, MongoDB) and front-end development with Vue, TypeScript, React, or Angular.
Enterprise Architecture Experience: Proven experience in enterprise architecture for B2B applications within a multinational company is mandatory. This includes leading or contributing to large-scale system design and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Technology & Architecture Knowledge: Broad knowledge and experience with microservices, event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and modern application design across platforms such as Java, iOS, Android, and .NET.
API Integration: Extensive experience in integrating web services and social APIs, including familiarity with XML, JSON, REST, and OAuth protocols.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Experience working with development teams in Asia is highly desirable, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across different regions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
