Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales organization. As one of our early sales hires, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our sales culture, establish best practices, and build personal wealth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quota and managing complex enterprise sales cycles for SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new enterprise sales opportunities through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling approaches

  • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional deal teams including sales development, marketing, solutions engineers, and product

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery through contract negotiation and close

  • Develop and execute account-based strategies to penetrate target enterprise accounts

  • Help establish sales best practices and playbooks

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM

  • Present solutions to C-level executives and key decision makers

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years focusing on SaaS solutions

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota

  • Experience selling complex enterprise solutions

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources effectively

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software procurement processes and buying cycles

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to navigate matrix organizations and build consensus among diverse stakeholders

  • Track record of success in early-stage or high-growth sales environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling transportation, supply chain, ERP or related enterprise solutions

  • Knowledge of transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry

  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology

  • Experience with account-based marketing and selling approaches

  • Understanding of implementation requirements for enterprise software solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Experience mentoring other sales professionals


What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Know how to leverage in-house and personal resources to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities

  • Successfully close new logo accounts with at or above our current annual contract values 

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional deal teams to maximize win rates

  • Effectively leverage marketing, sales development, and solutions resources to accelerate deals

  • Drive complex deals through internal and external stakeholder alignment

  • Help establish a high-performance sales culture

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales, implementation and support
